Beurre Blanc | Creme Fraiche Fresh Pressed Live Rosin

Fresh Press live rosin is the least processed and most true-to-flower form of live rosin available. This example produced with whole flower JFG x OC results in a sweet floral and citrus palette with a light gassy finish. Immediately after extraction, the product is homogenized until a taffy-like consistency is achieved. This creates vibrant colours and layers of ribbons. It’s a crumbly paste that’s ready-to-dab.
