“Alright, so I grabbed this Pomelo Skunk (Rockstar x Citrique) from VCC, and let’s just say—I wasn’t sure if I’d be productive or stuck staring at my laptop for hours or get the irks that come with me having sativa; But after sparking it up, I was chilling but focused, which was exactly what I needed to get through my research paper.

First off, the citrusy, slightly skunky smell was smooth and not overpowering. The first few puffs hit light and uplifting, and before I knew it, I was actually typing paragraphs instead of procrastinating. It’s a sativa-dominant hybrid, and you can feel that energy boost—no couch lock, just a nice, clear-headed vibe. The light in my room got brighter too…

Would I recommend it? 100% if you need to get stuff done but still wanna vibe. It’s not a “knock-you-out” strain—it’s more of a “brain-on but stress-off” kind of smoke. Perfect for when you gotta be creative, productive, and just a little bit high.

“This time on Colin’s reviews it’ll be the After Eighth from Victoria cannabis company!

Firstly, unrelated to the smoke it’s a fantastic name, creative referring to one of my favourite chocolates and ofc to an eighth of flower.

I am quite impressed with this flower from VCC, after smoking 2 half gram j’s it’s put me in the perfect middle of “I want to do something” and “I’m just gonna chill in bed.” As someone that’s a fan of going for a walk and smoking or gaming at home, having a flexible smoke that allows for both is (at least for me) hard to come by making after eighth a real blessing!

This hybrid strain certainly gives you a balanced high between the body and head, however the headiness is more pronounced than the body feelings. As I mentioned before I do love me a good heady smoke! So this is a high I can see any sativa fan enjoying! On the other hand for your more indica smoker, I could easily recommend this as well. My body feels super relaxed while being awake enough to lock in to whatever I’m doing. To be honest It’s been a bit tough writing this review after smoking, so I hope that can attest to the quality of the high!

Overall I’m super impressed with after eighth! A tasty smoke with more an earthy tone to it, easy on the throat, and a strong but not overpowering high! I will absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a hybrid smoke! This gets the Colin seal of approval! 😎

“With it being Indica leaning it’s the perfect after work joint/ bowl the high is very head heavy (for me that is perfect) great for after a long day with the kids or work lmao. The 36% is quite noticeable outta both bongs and joints but if you are into the higher THC levels then this will sit right there on the best of the best in ya mind.

The only thing I wish is if the joints were full grams rather than .5, The 3.67% terp profile perfectly merges with the smoke to give a great taste all the way thru to the end of the J

Finally, after tonight I can say that VCC easily sits in the “Best” Category in my mind and can’t wait to smoke the other strains I got as well!!”
